Nyala Motors parts operation is dedicated in supplying genuine parts to customers at the possible optimum availability.

The company’s parts operation uses computerized sales, stock control and electronic parts catalogue system (NISSAN-FAST, UD-FAST & UD SMART).

We are also applying the concept of “KAIZEN” principles to our warehousing, inventory control and parts sales in order to continuously improve our services to customers.



The company uses customized dealer management system (DMS) that integrates parts operation, the inventory control process, sales and warehouse activity in order to achieve the objective of cost saving, promptness and accuracy which lead to customer satisfaction.

The company has a central parts distribution warehouse located at the back of parts sales counter area in the premises of Headquarters. The central ware house floor area is covering around 900 square meters and handling an average of 8000 (Eight thousand line items).

Our parts sales services are handled through front counter (for external customers) and back counter (for workshop outlet) supported by a user friendly computerized sales & inventory control system. We are striving to satisfy your external and internal customers by focusing on the 3R’s of logistics principles “The Right part at the Right place at the Right time.” by opening branches in the main cities of Regional States and sharing the same information by WAN network system from the central server system.

How Genuine Parts differ from Non Genuine parts:

Generally, automotive spare parts can be categorized into four based on quality & durability as follows: Genuine Spare part OEM Spare part (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Replacement Spare part Counterfeit /Fake/Pirates spare part Genuine Spare part: This type of spare part is top quality with long performance and approved by Vehicle Manufacturers. OEM Part: This type of spare part can be classified on second level in terms of quality as the manufacturer of these types of spare parts have an experience of producing genuine parts to Vehicle manufacturers and they used to get specification requirements from Vehicles requirement to produce to general market with their own brand name. They are known as “Original Equipment manufacturer.” Replacement Spare parts: These type of spare parts are also known as aftermarket spare parts and can be classified on third level in terms of quality. The manufacturers or suppliers of these type of spare parts are mainly focusing on spare parts demand on the market and used to support parts supply for old models vehicles & machineries by reverse engineering process. Counterfeit or Fake spare parts: these types of spare parts are imitation parts that are imported mainly from India, China, UAE. The manufactures are just copying Genuine Spare parts brand name and selling on those countries who have not implemented strict quality control standard for imported items. It is becoming a serious problem in these days as it is very difficult to identify such parts by our naked eyes.
